Double-Line-Pipes
High wear resistant
pipes for the pneumatic support of feast substances
Appilcation area
The pneumatic transport of feast substances like ore, gravel, sand,
building material, corn and other abrasive materials will cause a high
sign of wear in conventional pipes. After a short time, the pipes are
defective. High repair costs and production loss is the consequence.
We recommend therefore DOUBLE-LINE-PIPES. These consit of a high wear
resistant, hardened inside pipe and a solid outer pipe.
Functionality
DOUBLE -LINE-PIPES consits of two tubes. These are produced separated
from each other.
The inner pipe from carbon C 45 guarantee the high wear resistance. The outer tube RSt 37-2 ensures this one for the impression and bending
strength. Inner- and outer pipe will shove in each other. The arisen
pipe gets hardened. Both pipes are warmed on approx. 850° C.
After this the pipes are cooled with water. The inside pipe keeps the
diameter. The outer pipe shrinks because of the cooling on the inside
pipe. Both pipes are connected so firmly together.
Material/details
Inside diameter: 65 - 1000 mm
Length: 100 - 12000 mm
Technical details
DOUBLE-LINE-PIPES aren't breaking sensitive.
The hardened inside pipe is protected by the stable outer pipe, well.
Max. operating temperature: 200°
C
Corrosion resistance = Normal
steel RSt 37-2. The inside pipe has a hardness of up to 700 HV 30.
Advantages
· DOUBLE -LINE-PIPES with a 3-7-fold longer stand time
· extremely hard
· not breaking sensitive
